The court will set a bail amount that is required for the inmates release. Under California law, we can provide a "bail bond" that will guarantee payment to the court in full which will secure the defendants release. The defendant will then need to appear at all his/her court dates. If the defendant fails to appear at their scheduled court dates we will then offer them a reinstatement letter free or charge, If they do not accept we will have up to 1 year to locate the defendant and place them back in custody before requiring the full amount of bail

The indemnitor is a co-signer or guarantor. They will be the person(s) responsible for the defendant ensuring they check in with us upon release and make it to any/all court hearings.

The premium that is charged for each bond is for All In Bail Bond's service to secure the inmates release. The premium that is charged on each bond is therefor non-refundable and will be billed no matter what the outcome of the case is.

Yes, you can bail yourself out! We accept all collect calls and we will gladly discuss your case with you to see if you qualify. Not all inmates will be qualified to self-bail however we will work with you to attempt to get you qualified.
